NRA BASIC PISTOL SHOOTING COURSE – INSTRUCTOR LED

The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course equips students with the knowledge, skills, and attitude to safely and accurately fire common handgun types. This course covers in depth everything the new shooter needs to know about handgun operation.

Topics include:

Safety
Storage
Firearm types
Ammunition
Marksmanship fundamentals
Cleaning and Maintenance

If you do know have a firearm, rental firearms are available. Ammunition is also available to purchase.

Each student will need the following items:

Firearms (unless renting)
50 rounds of ammunition (must purchase range ammo with firearm rental)
Note taking material
An Open Mind!!!
